Responsibilities:
- Process and post Accounts Receivable.
- Post cash receipts.
- Send invoices.
- Answer customer questions.
- Other administrative/ data entry tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize assignments, multi-task, adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary and able to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Team player a must!
- Previous experience of Associates Degree preferred.
