Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities
- Review invoices for accuracy and address discrepancies.
- Process invoices, ACH, and credit card bills.
- Perform data entry related to AP.
- Respond to vendor inquiries.
- Distribute incoming mail.
Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications
- 2 years of AP or accounting experience.
- Proficient with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with emphasis on customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Successfully handles multiple priorities and meets deadlines.
