Job description

This position processes A/P transactions daily for assigned divisions with a minimum of 500 invoices weekly.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Processing purchase order, approval and project related invoices

· Computing use tax

· Processing payroll deductions in coordination with the Payroll department

· Assisting with the processing of daily EFT transactions and weekly check runs

· Filing and other administrative tasks as assigned

· This position is expected to provide excellent customer service to both external vendors and internal customers.

Requirements:

· Minimum of three years of multi-company A/P experience with knowledge of GL and basic accounting functions

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Keying accuracy

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

· Experience with Intacct, Accrualify or related accounting software, and invoice scanning in a high-volume position preferred

· Construction industry experience is also a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
