We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to work out of our Pittsburgh office. This position would be hybrid. The Account Payable clerk is responsible for accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable invoices. The position reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices
• Reconcile vendor accounts for timely payment and recognition of credits
• Serve as point of contact for vendors and internal customers
• Cross train in other areas as needed

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience processing accounts payable in ERP system. Experience in AX or SAI preferred, but not required. Training will be provided
• Associates degree preferred
• Microsoft Office skills
• Must have strong interpersonal skills. Will work with internal customers, suppliers and traders
• Must have strong work ethic and be able to work independently and be able to meet deadlines
