Qualifications:
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Automotive dealership office experience preferred
- Knowledge of Excel
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Motivated and Positive Attitude
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass a DRUG TEST
Job Responsibilities include:
- Audit all vehicle deals for accuracy
- Cost, Commission, and Post new and used deals to accounting
- Process all aftermarket enrollments and remittances and chargebacks
- File for factory rebates and incentives and follow-up for payment
- Complete daily bank deposits
- Manage all functions of accounts payable
- Maintain and monitor various accounting schedules
- Other duties as determined
Physical Requirements:
· Required to stand and sit for an extended period
· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
