Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist role:

• Process 50-100 invoices a week
• Enter vendor invoices and reconcile vendor statements monthly
• Data entry in QuickBooks

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist :

• Accounts payable experience
• QuickBooks Experience preferred but not required
• Construction Experience preferred but not required
• Microsoft experience (Office, Excel, Sharepoint)
