Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Accounts Payable Processor to join us at our Corporate office located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania

What is the opportunity?

An opportunity has opened to join our Toll Brothers Corporate Accounts Payable Dept. as an Accounts Payable Processor. If interested, please see responsibilities outlined below and subsequent qualifications desired for the position.

What are the primary responsibilities?

• Processing invoices in JD Edwards World and/or Enterprise One AP Systems for payment, including indexing copy of invoice and backup documentation into Feith Imaging System.
• Put together new vendor packet for submittals; vendor maintenance as needed.
• Monitor Vendor Statements and subsequent follow-up with communities and/or Divisions for non-payment.
• Payment match verification.
• Create and generate Settlement Journal entries.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Does this describe you?

• An ideal candidate must have a good understanding of the accounting process and payment processing.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail a must.
• Commitment to completing tasks timely and within specified deadlines.
• Ability to communicate well with vendors, management and other co-workers with the ability to work independently.

Do you have these qualifications?

• Essential:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Preferred:
  • JD Edwards and Enterprise One experience.
  • Advanced abilities with Excel.
  • Knowledge and Familiarity with Concur Expense Processing System.
  • Purchasing Card management experience.
  • Three years of experience in Accounts Payable background preferred.
