Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Process invoices, reconcile statements from vendors and answering questions from vendors and management. Opening up the mail and date stamping invoices. Keypunching invoices into A/Pay system, filing invoices and paid invoices, matching up checks with invoices and other duties required.
Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Accounting knowledge
• Data entry experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Detail oriented
• Strong Mathematical skills
• Organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Accounting or relevant experience preferred

Work Environment:

• Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
