Accounts Payable Clerk - Construction Background a Plus
Job description
Busy commercial construction company seeks an Accounts Payable Clerk for this full time, temp-to-perm opportunity. In this role you will:
- job cost and track up to 10 jobs simultaneously
- process all accounts payable
- perform a heavy amount of data entry with extreme accuracy
- generate subcontractor billing as needed
- enter bills, verify statements
- use QuickBooks to job cost
- work collaboratively with a team of 6
Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and QuickBooks
- Be computer savvy to train on new systems
Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with some flexibility
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
