A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

In this billing position, you are vital to the operations of our company! You oversee our accounts payable, ensuring that everything is accurate on our invoices and our purchase orders. Always attentive to detail, you compile important data, keeping organized spreadsheets of all unbilled parts. You also keep track of our freight charges, making sure that everything gets billed out properly. If there are any discrepancies, you implement the appropriate actions to quickly resolve the issue. You get great satisfaction from keeping our finances in check and take pride in the part you play in the success of our business!
