We are currently hiring for: Accounts Payable Associate
- Maintain daily receiving log.
- Receive mail and distribute to department.
- Match receiving reports to vendor invoices and investigates variances in price and quantity.
- Enter vendor invoices and investigates variances in price and quantity.
- Enter vendor invoices.
- Matches invoices to printed check and mail.
- File paid vendor invoices and maintain the vendor filing system.
- Assist in preparation of the monthly fuel cost schedule, packaging analysis and freight analysis report.
- Processing of vendor invoices, cash disbursements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include:
- BS in Accounting preferred or equivalent experience.
- Must be proficient with PC based applications and calculator.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and organize work efficiently.
- Ability to understanding reporting.
- Other responsibilities as deemed necessary.
- Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, and background screen.
