Job Summary:

This position is responsible for analyzing the different accounts in the Balance Sheet and Income Statement in order to be able to report accurate information. Responsible to maintain the bank transaction accounts updated daily,weekly payroll, HR/Documentation for incoming associates, RTO’s, Hours, OT, vacation hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify daily activity in bank accounts
• Reconcile bank accounts for several different corporate entities
• Prepare, analyze and record journal entries in ERP, the company general ledger accounting software package
• Assist with the preparation of other reports provided to management
• Assist with yearend audits
• Assist with preparation of month-end financial statements

· Analyze and reconcile the balance sheet and income statement accounts

· General ledger review

· Accounts Receivable & Payable coding and record on the system

· Review exceptions on accounts payable invoices vs PO’s

· Other responsibilities as assigned by the Accounting and Reporting Manager.

· Weekly Payroll

Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in Accounting, with 5+ years of experience in general accounting and reporting

· Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and Word.

· Ability to quickly learn and utilize the company’s accounting and reporting system.

· Must be able to learn quickly current tasks and initiative to assume new tasks

· Office equipment proficiency - telephone answering, fax/scan/photocopy

· Profiecient in Quickbooks

· Professional mannerism, business communication proficient with internal and external customers.

· Bilingual English/Spanish

· Ability to work under pressure and extended hours as projects and/or closing may require.

· Detail oriented and ability to analyze financial information.

· Self motivated, Great attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
