Job description

1. Order equipment from suppliers (Vendors)

2. Make POs and Equipment invoices

3. Prepare Work Orders for the Service Department and Transportation

4. Interact with Salespeople, Sales Manager, Vendors, Customers, Finance companies, Transportation (local and long distance including intermodal),And Accounting Department including AP/AR Credit and Collections

5. Seek and set up Financing with banks or leasing companies.

Submit credit applications

Obtain lease documents for funding

6. Maintain a schedule for all equipment on order when it is to be delivered and all required paperwork needed to be submitted to factory such as delivery reports.

7. Enter all required data intro Customer and Equipment files

8. Track used equipment from purchase, transport, inspection, repairs, location and deliveries. Update comments and warranties and changes to equipment files.

9. When delivering a new or used forklift, you will collect the signed loan documents and delivery acceptance of the check.

10. Calculate commissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
