Overview:
National Debt Relief is looking for an Accounting Manager to join our dynamic Finance and Accounting team. This is an exciting opportunity to add value and make mission-critical decisions. The perfect candidate should be comfortable with GAAP and cash accounting, payments and systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage payments across 3 subsidiaries, several banks accounts and multiple countries
  • Streamline accounts payable and continue automation expansion of the process across the whole organization
  • Oversee and maintain Quickbooks for 3 companies
  • Perform month-end close
  • Convert Cash reporting to GAAP on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Perform bank and payroll reconciliations
  • Work closely with CFO, VP of FP&A and Accounting Team
  • Work closely with external accountants and auditors
  • Upskill our teams and partners
  • Be inquisitive, identify opportunities based on analyses being done, and report to various stakeholders of these ideas by using data as proof of concept
Qualifications:
  • Min Bachelor’s Degree in accounting & finance preferred
  • 4-5 years of accounting related experience, preferably at a private company
  • Microsoft Excel expert
  • Advanced knowledge of Quickbooks
  • Proficient knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
  • Extreme Attention to detail
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • A relentless drive towards improvement
  • Ability and desire to lead by example

  • ADP Workforce Now, Salesforce
  • Certified Public Accountant (preferred, but not required)
  • Financial modeling
  • Team Development
  • Leadership exposure

Compensation Information: Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $100,000-115,000 Benefits:
