Trivantage a division of Glen Raven, is recruiting for a Accounting Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing accurate inventory records for eight distribution centers, several off-site warehouses, and consignment inventory. This position is located at our corporate office in Burlington NC and reports to the controller of Trivantage.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies through routine and multiple work flows
• Work with other departments, vendors, and distribution centers
• Audit reports, analyze information
• Tracking inventory through a Warehouse Management System and other web based portals
• Process freight claims – General Ledger coding, updating inventory, and updating system information for customer credits and freight claim tracking information
• Efficiently multitask to meet commitments and deadlines
• Maintain records of inventory and location of products within various warehouses
• Communicate with vendors regarding any product or invoice discrepancies
• Make inventory adjustments involving physical inventory and pricing
• Approve invoices after reviewing and researching discrepancies
• Accurately follow written and verbal instructions
• Access and monitor warehouse transactions
• Invoice customers involving direct shipments of products from vendor to customer

Education & Experience:

• Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent education and related training
• 2-4 years of Inventory Control experience
• Work well independently and with others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience
• Work with different Web based portals
• General accounting knowledge
• Good problem solving skills
