Accounting Coordinator:

Univertical LLC is looking for a Accounting Coordinator for our Angola facility. Univertical has been serving the worldwide plating industry since 1938 with the highest quality, highest purity, and best customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supports both AP and AR daily, quarterly, and month-end functions

· Manages Freight Invoice Process

· Coordinates weekly check run

· Files monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns

· Assists with external audit, tax, and compliance reviews

· Completes census, survey, and annual report requests

· ERP system subject matter expert

· Cross trained in multiple business areas

· Organizational champion for change and continuous improvement efforts

· Active participate in special projects

· Performs additional duties as necessary

REQUIREMENT:

· B.S. Degree in Accounting or equivalent majors with 3-5 years prior experience

· Knowledge of management, labor law and related regulations

· Strong computer skills a must. Experience in payroll processing software, Excel and Word.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
