About the role:

You will help distinguish our company with professionalism, best practices and deliverables that build customer loyalty. Among the responsibilities of the role are:

Accounts receivable - Processing 100 - 300 invoices monthly

Data Entry - Enter data into multiple software and ensure accuracy and integrity of numbers and associated documents.

Accounts payable

Post journal entries for purchases on credit cards

Vendor/Supplier maintenance

Assist with month-end close and reconciliation of accounts

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities for small affiliated entities

Sales Reporting to advisors

Minimum Qualifications:

· Microsoft Office Excel - Intermediate to advanced skills

· Strong analytical and mathematical skills

· Extremely organized with a high level of attention to detail

· Able to multi task, follow-up and complete work in a timely manner

· Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality is required

· Strong communication skills and able to interact with various vendors and clients effectively

· Maintain appropriate documentation of all work using electronic means

· Other duties may be assigned

· Must be willing to undergo a background and credit check in accordance with local law/regulations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
