Duties:
- Manage the accounting inbox and respond to inquires
- Process accounts payable, including expense reports
- Maintain certificates and credit info
- Assist with accounts receivable
Qualifications:
- Must have experience using MS Office; should be proficient in Excel
- Must be able to handle confidential information
- Strong communication skills required
- QuickBooks a plus, but not required
