Accounting Clerk
Del Amo Motorsports is a leading Powersports dealership in Southern California within 5 locations in Orange County, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Redondo Beach, and San Diego. Essential Functions:
- Perform basic and routine accounting functions
- Reconcile Daily Deposits and prepare Bank Deposit entry
- Update Administrative Log daily tracking all Sales Deals (Excel)
- Process New and Used vehicle contracts timely and accurately
- Review and ensure accuracy of all incentives, rebates, margins, and sales tax in the deal
- Verify pay-offs on trades, ensure timely mailing
- Process and pay daily flooring
- Provides clerical support, filing, copying, data entry, and record-keeping
- Other duties, as assigned
Pay:
This is a hourly, full-time position with a pay ranging from $18.00 to $23.00 an hour.
Qualifications:
- Prior dealership/accounting experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Google Sheets/Excel
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- CDK DMS experience a plus
