Pay - $21 and up based on experience

Job Overview:

• Supports the monthly financial statement close
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly and year-end reporting
• Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing, and interpreting data
• Research financial and inventory variances
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Develop departmental budgets and compare actual costs to estimated costs
• Prepares tax returns and calculate taxes owed; comply with tax requirements around payment and reporting
• Assist with other accounting and finance projects as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1-3 years of experience in Corporate Accounting, Public Accounting, or similar field
• Prior experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
• Attention to detail and accuracy
