Essential Duties:

• Daily application of check, wire and ACH payments
• Daily posting, printing, and mailing invoices
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and / or mail
• Follow up and collect on payments
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Code invoices to proper general ledger accounts and obtain proper approvals
• Process all purchase order related inventory and non-inventory invoices via 3-way match and address discrepancies with related parties to obtain resolution
• Ensure timely payments to vendors: process weekly check payments, online payments and Tipalti batches (automated payables system)
• Manage relationships with vendors, to include timely responses to inquiries
• General accounting support and other accounting projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years’ experience in clerical accounting
• AA in Accounting preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and previous NetSuite experience preferred
• Excellent data entry skills
• Highly meticulous and organized in work
• Excellent communication and people skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, including at a computer
• Occasional lifting, of up to 15 lbs.
• Repetitive hand and wrist movements for frequent use of computer keyboard, mouse, and lifting or transferring of items
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, or kneeling

• General office environment.
