Our small manufacturing client in Saukville is looking to add an Accounting Specialist to their team on a temp to hire basis. This role will offer a variety of responsibilities form accounts payable to accounts receivable along with aiding with payroll. Ideal candidate will have at least three years of prior accounting experience. This is a Monday through Friday full-time role and performed 100% in the office. Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable entry and processing
- Help with data entry and clerical work
- Credit / debit memos
- Invoice matching
- Prepare and process weekly check runs
- Preparing payroll, processed offsite
Requirements:
- At least three years of Accounting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and accounting ERP systems.
- Associates degree in Accounting a plus.
Job Type: full time, temp to hire
