Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.
Accessible Space, Inc. (ASI), a national nonprofit provider of housing and personal care services is looking for a full time Accounting Assistant - AP for our administrative office in St Paul, MN (I94 & 280). This position can be hybrid after training
Duties include: receive, review, and properly code ASI and affiliate accounts payable invoices to general ledger accounts. Enter invoices and general ledger coding into accounting system. Produce checks, post to accounts payable. Accurately prepare and send annual 1099 forms to vendors.
Successful candidate must have:
One year of experience in an accounts payable, preferably with exposure to nonprofit fund accounting and parent/affiliate organizational structure.
Demonstrated clerical and mathematical aptitude, and the ability to complete work with a high degree of accuracy and meeting deadline.
