Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a Real-Estate company in Carmel, IN to fill a full cycle Accounts Payable position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process large volume of vendor invoices, adhering to matching principles
  • Prepare checks and electronic payments
  • Analyze and track payment history
  • Communicate with vendors, resolving issues as they arise
  • Prepare month-end accrual journal entries
  • Maintain accounts payable records by scanning, copying, and filing
  • Perform other duties as necessary
Skills:
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well organized
  • Possess proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-task
  • Flexibility to work extra hours and weekends, as needed
