We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team. Someone who can work independently and meet deadlines. Communicates well with others.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Bank Draw Requests- Prepare monthly and bi-weekly draw requests. Export current PO’s from Buildtopia software and prepare draw for review by Controller. Submit draws and import PO’s into Quickbooks.
- Process/Manage Accounts Payable- Verify coding for imported invoices, prepare check runs. Reconcile vendor statements, manage vendor files, annually prepare 1099’s. Manage all vendor files,
- Month-end close- Assist Controller with month-end, including but not limited to bank reconciliation, journal entries and various other reconciliations.
Requirements:
- · Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- · Understanding of Debits/Credits
- · QuickBooks experience
- · Proficient in Excel & Adobe
