Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations for cash accounts.
• Oversee daily cash reporting process including preparation of journal entries for company’s cash accounts including recording cash receipts.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely recording and reporting of all accounts and financial statements, including intercompany balances.
• Book revenue entries as needed and directed.
• Perform daily accounting and financial reporting operations
• Inventory Accounting including reconciliation to General Ledger and Physical counts.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable accounting including calculation of revenue and royalties as well as preparation of billings for various customers.
• Ad hoc accounting research, analysis and preparation of supporting schedules.
• Special assignments and responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of experience as an Accountant.
• Strong Excel skills, communication skills, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with accounting system, Solomon (MS Dynamics) is a plus.
• Financial reporting for multi-location operation.
• Good professional judgement and grounding in GAAP.
