Job Description: Responsible for performing various billing functions and customer account management services. Ensure accurate invoicing to customers, answer any account related questions, process cancellation orders, and assist sales team with order entry, qualifications, proposal generation and change requests. Streamline communication with customers and internal staff to ensure proper account management and improve customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities : Include the below but are not limited to the following:

Perform all data entry related to billing customers
Monitor billings for accuracy and communicate with internal personnel to resolve discrepancies or verify unusual items.
Data entry of customer change orders
Bill analysis of existing and potential customer invoices
Entering and scrubbing orders to ensure accuracy of all information
Generate pricing for moves, adds, changes, disconnects.
Updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management tool) database with customer account information
Handle correspondence with customers and partners when port outs are received and coordinate the porting of customer phone numbers and cancellation accuracy.
Scrub and process all customer cancellation orders. Ensure circuits are properly cancelled.
Calculate early termination fees based on cancellation dates and contract language.
Invoice review each month ensure address is correct, proper transcodes are noted, prorates are calculated correctly, discounts, usage, proper taxation etc.
Answer customer questions regarding contract status, services, invoice questions and other account management related items.

Ideal Candidate:

2-4 year college degree
Prior billing experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); Knowledge of basic formulas and formatting
The ability to quickly learn software system
Attention to detail when entering data
The ability to think outside the box, work in a team atmosphere and adapt to a fast pace work environment
Handle customer negotiations
Understand internal processes and products

This is a hybrid work from home position following a probationary training period.
