As a member of the Global Sales Team, the Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with ticket suppliers and partners on StubHub’s platform to expand and grow the range of sports, music, and theatre tickets available to our customers.

This role is the perfect opportunity for an entrepreneurial and self-starting person! We're looking for an individual that showcases a strong desire to work in a client-facing and sales-focused role.

The role will be based in New York with a hybrid schedule, requiring travel within the US several times a year.

What You'll Do

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is one of your strongest skills
  • The ability to maintain and grow commercial relationships with existing suppliers in a competitive market
  • Maintaining relationships with clients, whether they are old or new, in an organized and persistent manner
  • Obtain new ticket suppliers by building relationships with other individuals and firms in the sports, concert, and other live events sectors through networking and establishing personal relationships with them

What You'll Need

  • At least 3 years of work experience in a customer-facing or sales-based role/internship.
  • Ability to be personable, create and maintain relationships with people
  • Experience in the live entertainment industry is a plus
  • This individual must be comfortable working under pressure and be willing to travel to live events, often during weekends.

The anticipated gross annual base salary range for this role is $70,000 – $90,000 per year. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which also includes bonuses, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
