iSi Technology is seeking energetic self-starters to join our team! We are a software firm that offers a variety of solutions to a variety of businesses all over the US. iSi technology is a leading software solution/Software as a Service (SAAS) targeted toward transit agencies, non-emergency medical transportation and paratransit providers across the United States.

Are you naturally gifted at conversing over the phone? Do you have an inherent nature to sell and support cutting edge products? If you answered yes, then this is the position for you. We are looking for hard working, dedicated, and knowledgeable agents for immediate openings. We offer a competitive commission structure with a generous base pay with a rapidly growing company. This position will not be easy but it will be rewarding to the right individual.

We are seeking a full time account manager to work with our clients to make sure they are getting the best value out of their software purchase. Customer satisfaction and a focus on customer success is key to performing well in this position. Regular account reviews and quarterly business reviews are important responsibilities associated with this position as well.

Our account managers should be highly motivated, extremely competitive, and eager to tackle complex problems to help our clients utilize the tools that we offer them to make their business more successful.

Applicants should demonstrate the ability to:

  • Solve complex problems
  • Follow up on contract renewals, feature add-on/upsell opportunities, and opportunities to capture referrals or testimonials
  • Ensure successful implementation and adoption of the software solution
  • Gain referral business from their clients

The starting salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $60,000. Account Managers should expect to make approximately $10,000 in commission their first year, with the potential for $18,000-$24,000 in their second year and beyond after ramping up and establishing their book of business.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
