DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are seeking a professional sales Account Manager to contribute to the success of increasing new customer acquisitions and account management while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction for our company-client relationships. We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious sales professional who will showcase excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills.

This role will report to the Regional Sales Manager, South Central.

As the Account Manager, you will:

  • Understand a diverse range of vendor products ensuring that knowledge of features and pricing is up to date.
  • Possess exceptional phone communication skills with the ability to uncover business needs and build customer relationships.
  • Ensure that the CRM database in up to date with the correct reporting status.
  • Problem solve, identify a clients needs, strategic account mapping and quick, accurate follow ups
  • Build rapport and connect with prospects to convert to customers.
  • Manage accounts, grow current book of business and cross-sell
  • Other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Account Manager:

  • Track-record for exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Knowledge of IT Industry
  • Channel Experience
  • Knowledge of our key vendors
  • Previous use of NetSuite or other CRM systems

  • Full Time, Remote
  • Exempt Salary (Base plus Commission: $90k OTE)
  • Travel up to 10%
