The Staffing Coordinator will provide high quality customer service, achieve sales targets, and recruit professionals to expediently fill client job orders.

POSITION SUMMARY: Working under general supervision, service and develop client and contractor needs and business. Implementing Company processes, the staffing coordinator is responsible for the expedient filling of client job orders with appropriately matched professionals to meet and increase established billable hour benchmarks.
This position has some latitude for un-reviewed action or decision-making. Work requires appreciable originality and ingenuity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Meet billable hour benchmarks by processing and filling client job orders within 48 hours utilizing 12 step staffing process.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, team members and supervisor to evaluate the status of job orders.
  • Negotiate fees and rates with clients and contractors.
  • Take the necessary 12 steps to expeditiously surface contractors for open job orders.
  • Maintain quality service by following organization standards to resolve and prevent customer problems.
  • Resolve service problems by answering complaints and inquires; clarifying the complaint; determining the cause of the problem and conducting follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain department work-flow by communicating complaint information and updating contractor database with incident descriptions.
  • Increase billable hours by generating new client business and obtaining contractor leads through implementation of bulk scheduling, active client advertisement monitoring, and networking-processes.
  • Sustain rapport with clients by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
  • Conduct, on a monthly basis, bulk-scheduling process within time allotted to maintain and increase job orders from clients.
  • Evaluate and forecast contractor availability and client needs.
  • Conduct new business prospecting sales activities as directed by management
  • New offices may require more new business sales from staffing coordinators, then established offices, to build up the active client base.
  • Under performing offices may require new business sales from staffing coordinators to gain business needed to build the market
  • When required, make prospecting calls to new clients and new departments within active clients.
  • Make personal sales calls and client stop-byes to obtain new business from prospective clients.
  • Build contractor database by administering new contractor processes.
  • Conduct contractor interviews and complete intakes.
  • Monitor and follow-up on pertinent advertisements.
  • Verify, evaluate and investigate contractor credentials and communicate availability to team members.
  • Ensure integrity of file completion process by scrutinizing contractor credentials and client requirements prior to placement of contractors.
  • Process and evaluate criminal records, child abuse clearances, professional liability insurance, and license expiration reports.
  • Obtain and assess contractor professional references prior to contractor placement decision.
  • Verify education degrees, certifications, liability insurance, licenses and other relevant credentialing documentation prior to contractor placement.
  • Perform following daily responsibilities to meet Company operational policies and processes.
  • Conduct the schedule check report review process.
  • Complete and update schedule worksheets and client and contractor call reports.
  • Follow the weekly job order update schedule.
  • Record and update contractor schedules.
  • Keep management informed by analyzing information and preparing reports.
  • Participate in prioritization, overview, and other related meetings as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assist in special projects as requested.
  • Comply with all company policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Report all unusual or complex problems or activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources. Respond appropriately to supervision. Follow policy and cooperate with supervisor.
  • Achieve departmental and corporate goals by participating and contributing proactively to team efforts.
  • Perform related duties as assigned and as specified in the position guidelines
