In their key role working with Account Executives, Account Managers (AM) ensure the coordination of assigned projects and complete the project within the provided deadlines. This is a multi-tasking, problem-solving position, with emphasis on service to constantly maintain and improve the overall customer experience. As a member of the Sales team, AMs have the opportunity to work a minimum of three days in our pet-friendly Canal Fulton office, and two days remotely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the production process, including communication to the sales and production teams, to ensure that all project objectives are accomplished and are on time.
- Process project orders, keep internal software updated, and communicate progress to client and internal team members.
- Along with the Account Executive, maintain strong client relationships and develop a strong understanding of clients’ workflow procedures, exhibit practices and properties, and expectations for deliverables.
- Maintain an accurate and accountable job file on all project activities which includes effective use of Excel spreadsheets, databases and word processing.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed in collaboration with sales and production teams.
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities from multiple sources, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Travel to assigned client locations and shows/events, as needed.
