As the Account Based Marketing Manager (ABM Manager), you will collaborate to execute AMB strategies and programs to win strategic new business. You will monitor the execution and results of ABM strategies as well as full pipeline metrics ultimately resulting in closed won business. You will develop strategic content and deploy campaigns in conjunction with both the sales and marketing team.

To be a good fit for this particular role, you should be/have:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on targeted demand or account based marketing.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic ABM programs that drive business impact.
  • Deep understanding of ABM tactics, metrics, and measurements and how they relate to buying cycles, sales processes, and stakeholders.
  • Experience developing effective ABM programs in partnership with sales and other cross-functional teams.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to plan and prioritize numerous projects simultaneously.
  • Experience building and launching specific, effective content that is mapped to personas and/or industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are a must. Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive team player with the ability to collaborate, and also work independently.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce/Pardot is a plus.



Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • Focus on developing the strategy to consistently develop, implement and measure successful one-to-many, one-to-few, and one-to-one ABM campaigns
  • Work closely with sales and marketing partners to define account selection best practices and fuel engagement in key accounts
  • Own the strategy to develop and execute a broad range of data-driven, multi-channel ABM programs and campaigns intended to increase coverage, engagement, and pipeline in key accounts
  • Run end-to-end ABM campaign and program execution including account selection, content development, analysis and reporting on campaign efficiency and attribution
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders in our GTM team to keep ABM campaigns on track and on time
  • Communicate upcoming ABM campaign plans, enablement materials, and training sessions to help maximize campaign success
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize
  • Partner with Sales to develop account-focused plans including, but not limited to, outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow up, nurture, channel activities, meeting set with the goal of building pipeline and accelerating conversations leading to closed sales.
  • Monitor ABM metrics to ensure business impact measured by named account pipeline/bookings (sourced/influenced), database growth and accuracy for named accounts.
