Position Description: The Access Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and coordinating vehicular and pedestrian access to the community.

Responsibilities:

• Checks credentials and ensure visitors are approved on the roster
• Directs visitors and deliveries to their designations
• Keep accurate log of visitors daily
• Ensure all guests for parties and real estate matters coordinated per community rules
• Answer calls and assist homeowners as needed

Qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma
• Possess effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional and effective manner
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate onsite technology
• Ability to handle emergencies in a calm and efficient manner
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain or heat
• Stand for long periods of time
