Job Opening Summary
Responsible for ensuring that the PAC referral fax folders are worked timely. Duties include renaming faxes, loading referrals into the patient's medical record, uploading medical records, orders and prescription refill requests and routing to nursing staff as directed. Assist with mailing appointment letters to patients. Complete other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- One year of general office or medical practice experience preferred.
- Excellent customer relations and phone skills a must.
- Person should display initiative, have the ability to multitask and be able to take on responsibilities.
- Proven ability to problem solve and be a team member is essential.
- Knowledge of the referral process and insurance companies and insurance plans preferred.
