HIRING SALARY: $12.00 - $15.00 (pay is commensurate with degree)
HOURS: Flexible up to 25 hours per week; Mon. – Fri. 7:30am – 7:30pm

The Academic Success Coach team is responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and assessment of services and programs aimed at empowering student towards success.
- Provides tools, tips, and resources to empower students towards academic success.
- Provides strategic direction and support for first-time-in-college students.
- Implements and assesses services aimed at increasing student persistence to graduation.
- Assists students with creating schedules for completion of academic work.
- Meets with students to establish goals with periodic follow-up to ensure progress.
- Works as a bridge between student success and other campus resources.
- Maintains regular contact with students and provides assistance.
- Responds to general student inquiries through a variety of communication methods, including in-person, telephone, email, and texting.
MINIMUM TRAINING/EXPERIENCE: Associates Degree, strong computer and communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree.
