Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Cornerstone is looking for a positive and experienced A/R Supervisor to join our amazing team of accountants. Title: Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Overview: The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for distributing invoices to clients, or matching customer’s purchase orders to an internal invoice so that payment can be collected and applied. The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will focus on collecting past due invoices, creating credit memo’s, and managing customer accounts and communications.
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Accounting Manager
Key Accountabilities:
· Month End Close – Overseeing the operations and activities regarding invoicing throughout the month to ensure invoices are sent to customers within 2 business days of work order completion or manager request. Payments from customers are applied timely and correctly.
· Customer Service - Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate department. Answer customer questions regarding invoices via phone and email communication. Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure proper billing and invoice corrections.
· AR Aging – Oversee the weekly review of accounts past due and work with Sales and Account managers as well as customer to follow up to bring account current.
· Collaboration – Assist team members with payment application, contract management, research

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
