2nd Shift Supervisor Summary/Company Information:

  • A Ripley County family-owned light industrial manufacturer with a team of 40 employees is adding a 2nd shift supervisor.
  • The Supervisor is accountable for oversight of all manufacturing activities on the shift for a team of 7-10 employees, including backup coverage support and troubleshooting equipment.
  • Work with ERP system data as it pertains to production, inventory management and job costing
  • Operate machinery to move materials to machinery and load/unload trucks as required
  • Provide training, coaching to drive accountability to optimize production.
  • The company is hiring immediately!

Supervisor's Pay/Benefits:

  • Up to $70K (based upon experience)

Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:30 pm

Requirements:

  • At least 3 yrs of relevant work experience in manufacturing/industrial operations, leadership, and/or master planning/scheduling.
  • Working knowledge and experience with ERP/MRP systems is helpful
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Ability to operate forklifts, clamp trucks and/or willingness to be trained
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize workload, shifting between various task as necessary
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with employees and administrative staff
