Do you have a passion for axe throwing? Or just having fun? We are seeking customer drive and safety-oriented individuals to join our axe throwing team! As an axe coach, you will be responsible for teaching the basics of proper throwing and ensuring that all safety rules are followed. You will teach our guests different games and have fun enjoying every moment of the event with them.
As a member of our axe team, you will work diligently to ensure all company standards are adhered to and that guests are safe at all times. You will also assist with cage maintenance and other axe related duties
Pay starting at $14.10/hr
Minimum Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation
• Be available nights and weekends
• Able to work holidays
• Able to take direction and complete assigned tasks
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Summary of essential job functions:

• Teach guests how to properly/safely throw
• Monitor throwers at all times
• Give feedback to improve throws
• Enforce all safety rules and regulations
• Ensure guests have a world-class axe throwing experience
• Maintain boards to WATL standards
• Prep and replace boards as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of arena at all times
• Follow our detailed process to ensure all events receive the same level of attention
