Perform duties to unload, move and store materials, supplies and equipment and pull orders from finished goods inventory and prepare for shipping.

• Work from packing list, shipping orders, and written and verbal instructions
• Unload incoming materials, check identification, report shortages or damages; move to storage area for first in, first out use
• Pull orders from finished goods, shrink wrap or band skids and load onto trucks
• Label outgoing skids; scan to upload into computer; prepare labels for UPS; prepare shipping documents
• Maintain flow of work to prevent lack of or excessive accumulation of material and product
• Maintain aisles and storage areas for east of movement; arrange pallet storage area
• Use lift equipment as necessary to move and position parts and materials; use care to lift and balance load properly
• Operate all equipment in safe manner
• Exercise proper case in the use of tools, equipment, and materials
• Detect and report faulty equipment, defective materials, improper operations, and unusual conditions to supervision
• Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain work area in a net and orderly condition
• Perform other duties as assigned or directed

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs
• Standing and walking throughout shift

Other Skills/Abilities:

• Must be quality and time conscious
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to work overtime
• Must be able to perform in a multi-task environment
• Must have basic computer skills (PC/Windows system)
• Shipping/receiving experience is a plus

$19-20.50/hr
