MCH Security and Protective Services LLC provides high quality security services to high profile clients and locations. Once established at a venue or area, it is common that other businesses seek MCH professional services as well. This creates a large presence in select client areas and includes many types of coverage at the same time.

MCH Provides High Risk mitigation tactical teams to provide event security, public safety and high visibility deterrence to National, Global brands and high risk locations. We provide Armed tactical teams, Executive Protection teams, plain clothes, Security Intel and many other assets to make a positive impact.

We are in search of dependale, reliable and professional candidates to join our Protective Services Unit at two locations adjacent to TD Garden during ALL Sporting events, Concerts etc in a hospitality environment. Those assigned to these teams will assist our clients during large crowd and event foot traffic. Monitoring restaurant and bar activity in a public and visible setting. Assist with monitoring capacity while staffing entrance and exit locations. Monitor and safeguard client property, assets, employees and the public. Difuse any situations, mitigate risk and hazards and be visible and present to assist management as needed.

Must Have Integrity, positive and professional appearance and demeanor. Represent the MCH brand as well as our clients. Be able to interact positvely with the public, employees and other team members.

Have multi years of work experience in a hospitality, Sports, entertainment type environment. Combination of Security, customer service and/or other experience that direclty relates to helping others, team oriented.

Education and combination of experience in Law Enforcement/Corp Security/Military and other areas is desirable also. Be able to lead, listen and maintain professionalism at all times.

Ability to de escalate and deter negative situations. Be highly observant, attention to details and ability to communicate with Management, the Public, Law Enforcement, EMS and others as needed.

Have the ability to learn quickly, retain information and desire to move forward and progress with the company. These positions can lead to many other opportunities including supervisory roles, specialized units and additional training.

Be available for a large majority of all home games, concerts and events. Shifts are typically 6+ hours , often from 5p-11p or end of event. Some are weekend days and/or nights.
