Position Responsibilities:

• Assisting Clinicians in their treatment of patients
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary clinic by managing laundry, cleaning tables, vacuuming, and wiping down machines and other equipment as needed
• Exhibiting behaviors and practices which foster effective professional and therapeutic relationships with patients, family members and team members
• Collaborating with all clinicians, staff, management and physicians to safely achieve goals and cultivate effective relationships clinic wide
• Ensuring the implementation of and compliance with all ORA policies, procedures, health and safety regulations
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with all HIPAA rules and regulations

Job Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with patients, families, and staff
• Knowledge of personal computer applications and Electronic Medical Record
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and assist in lifting patients up to 300lbs

Education:

• High School Diploma

Experience:

• Previous outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience preferred, however not required
