Be a member of a small supportive team with longevity in the department. You'd be responsible for cleaning patient rooms and common areas in the hospital and make a difference by ensuring a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors at CentraCare.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Clean patient rooms while patient/visitors are present.
- Interacting with patients while cleaning rooms.
- Complete a thorough room cleaning once a patient has been discharged.
- Position does include working with chemicals as well as cleaning up bodily fluids.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work in a team environment and/or work independently as needed.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Strong interpersonal human relations skills.
SCHEDULE OPTIONS:
- Day shift includes 3 start times (must be available for all) 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Work 40 or 56 hours per 2-week pay period, every other weekend, and rotating holidays
- Afternoon and evenings primarily 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., occasionally 1 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
- Work 16, 24, 32, or 40 hours every 2 weeks, every other weekend, and rotating holidays
- Casual
- Work 16 hours per 4-weeks to include 2 weekend shifts
PAY:
- Starting pay is $15.25 per hour + shift differentials.
- We pay more for experience.
