Job description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee field personnel
- Follow all company and departmental procedures and regulations including all safety requirements
- Operate boom truck
- Climbing poles
- Verify located, materials and billings
- Working directly with customers needs/issues
- Complete as-builts and redlines
- Track make ready progress & submissions to pole owner(s)
- Actively participate in and take responsibility for safety, maintenance, production, and personnel related initiatives
- Assist with hiring needs
- Assist with training and evaluations
- other duties assigned
Essential Education and Qualifications:
- Experience with Aerial coax and fiber construction
- Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Skills:
- Valid Class A License (CDL)
Physical Demands:
- Work in all weather conditions
Wage
- $32 - 36 / hour
- Company truck/cellphone/ipad/computer
