Youth Behavioral Specialists to provide supervision, guidance, mentoring, and direction to our residents. Demonstrate a variety of counseling, communication, and parenting skills, which support the formation of trusting, supportive relationships with the residents. We are in

Qualifications:
- Two years of college in a social or human service field required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least two years’ experience working with youth
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must past all pre-employment physical and drug screening including all clearances
- Part-Time must be available to attend trainings in full during their first 5 days of employment
Requirements:
- Provide quality support within the framework of a residential/partial day treatment for children/adolescents
- Ensure the clients’ are experiencing quality care for their well being
- Assisting with the planning and supervising of programmed activities of daily living
- Serve as a positive role model for children in need of your support
- Must be available for all shifts and weekends
