Job Summary:

We are looking for a full-time Case Manager in Snohomish County, WA State, responsible for managing and transitioning individuals who receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) into subsidized internships and ultimately unsubsidized paid employment.

Wage: $21.00
Program: 48
Locations: Snohomish County (Office in Everett)
Shifts: Monday-Friday (Flexible within business hours) (40 hour weeks)

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check

Licensing and Certifications:

• Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (paid by SA)
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance
• Covid-19 Vaccination: this position requires proof of vaccination

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the social services or related field preferred
• Experience within the WorkFirst system preferred

Required Skills:

• Experience facilitating small groups/classes
• High-level customer service experience
• Strong personal/professional boundaries
• High-level communication, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently
