The WISe Clinical Supervisor(WSC) assumes responsibility for the development, implementation, and administration of clinical supervision of WISe services provide at the Long Beach, Raymond, and Montesano locations. The WCS ensures that WISe employees are practicing within their scope, providing quality c are to clients, and producing documentation that meets Washington Administrative, BHO and Medicaid requirements, and other contract requirements. The WCS works as a team with the WISe Program Managers and approaches supervision with WISe staff from a trauma-informed, collaborative strength-based perspective.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Plan, implement, and coordinate supervision with the WISe teams under the supervision of the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO).
  • Monitor all documentation activities for the WISe programs in keeping with Willapa Behavioral Health (WBH) service excellence standards.
  • Attend weekly WISe all staff North and South team meetings as well individual team meetings.
  • Set up bi-weekly(every two weeks) individual supervision with WISe peers and licensed therapists, and weekly supervision with associate licensed therapists and review cases, quality of progress notes, training concerns, and employee emotional state and boundaries.
  • Maintain Supervision log of all interactions.
  • Sign off on associate license hours for therapists working toward full licensure.
  • Attends professional conferences and workshops as appropriate to responsibilities of position and program needs.
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of leadership, personnel, and clients. Work collaboratively with WISe manager to establish and attain mutually beneficial goals. Ensure individual and team performance meets agency and industry standards for service excellence, productivity and other KPIs, as well as contract deliverables to ensure community partner trust and a positive reputation for WBH.
  • May work remotely, on site, or a combination of both.

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or a related field and a minimum of two years clinical experience post licensing
Current license at the master's level as a LISCW, LMHC. or LMFT in the state of Washington and maintain license in good standing.
A minimum of 15 clock hours of training in clinical supervision
Twenty five hours of experience in supervision of clinical practice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency to document in the electronic medical record, and utilize teleheath and Microsoft office suite.
