Insight Global's healthcare client is seeking a Network (Server) Administrator to join their team in Bergen County, NJ. This resource will be part of their "Core Technology Team", providing server support & administration in a Windows & Linux Environment.
Day to Day
The resource will be responsible for building, managing, and administering server support in a virtual environment of 1000 servers (90% Windows). The admin should have a strong undertsanding of the networking stack (TCP-IP etc).
Must Haves
3-5 Years Server Administration Experience in a mid-large sized environment
Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (2008-2022)
Knowledge of: Microsoft messaging platforms, remote access (Bomgar), PowerShell, Backup solutions(Rubrik), & Active Directory
Understanding of local and wide area networks, troubleshooting and root cause analysis, system documentation, and system patch management.
Plusses
Linux, VMware, and Citrix experience preferred
Previous Healthcare Experience
Certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), CompTIANetwork +, CompTIA Project +, CompTIA Security +, CompTIA Server +
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
