Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on wind turbines
• Troubleshoot problems on electrical and/or mechanical systems where duly trained/certified
• Develop advanced troubleshooting knowledge and skills on site in collaboration with other competent individuals
• Potentially lead small teams; accountable for the safety, competency and productivity of individuals assigned to them
• Keep accurate records, maintain documentation and report technical, safety issues and difficulties as required by company policy
• Maintain and follows safety procedures as required by company policy

We are ideally looking for technicians with the following skillset and training:

• At least 4 years of experience performing maintenance and/or troubleshooting on wind turbines
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities
• GWO BST (Basic Safety Training)
• GWO BTT (Basic Technical Training) preferred
• OSHA 10, LOTO, Confined Space, and NFPA 70E Arc-Flash Awareness training
• Prefer Crane, Chain Hoist and Rigging Safety Training, Bolt tightening and Hand Tool training
• Prefer training or experience with Touchscreen Controller Hand Terminals
