Requirements:
- Minimum five years hands-on produce experience and knowledge
- Manager or Supervisor of 15+ employees
- Hands-on manager, able and willing to work alongside staff
- Proficient knowledge with riding pallet jacks and hi-lo machines
- Assist personnel with daily unloading and loading
- Able to communicate well, English Required, Spanish is a plus
- Assist other shifts when necessary
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely unloading of incoming delivery’s
- Check for quality, variety and quantity of products on each order
- Maintain organized and structured warehouse operations
- Inform purchasing and sales department of short stocked or overstock items
- Manage and schedule employee’s work schedules (daily/weekly)
- Checking accuracy of orders being selected for delivery to customers
Compensation:
- Compensation based on experience ($75k-$125k)
